Benjamin Stillfried
Benjamin combines 15+ years of investment banking experience, having closed 150+ equity related transactions raising above EUR 10bn of equity while building Berenberg’s investment bank with the core-team since 2010. His focus are public listed entrepreneur-led companies and how to scale them on capital markets. Benjamin established Duxebridge Capital in 2018.

Tobias Berberich
Tobias joined Duxebridge Capital in March 2024. He brings with him several years of experience in M&A, DCM and Private Equity. He previsouly worked at JP Morgan, Societe General, and Pacifico Energy Partners. Tobias holds a Masters degree in finance from Nova School of Business and Economics.

Lars Bockius
Lars brings a strong background across capital markets, private equity and strategic advisory, with experience spanning M&A, leveraged finance and ECM. Before joining Duxebridge Capital, he worked at HSBC, Ufenau Capital Partners and Arbor Capital, advising entrepreneurs, corporates and investors across EMEA with a focus on the DACH region. He holds an MSc in Finance from London Business School.
